Training is rewarding
We believe that by imparting training to Adivasis in skills such as making handicrafts and furniture using bamboo which is available in abundance in their villages and the forests nearby, they will be able to make use of their traditional knowledge about bamboo and learn highly sought-after craftsmanship to improve their way of life by catering to the needs of modern society without having to learn alien skills or abandon their culture or way of life.
